It is our goal for every one of our students to successfully complete our program and find a great start on a new career path. We also strive to satisfy the needs of the employers in our industry. International Air and Hospitality Academy is recognized as an excellent source of trained and qualified candidates. We regularly receive inquiries from airlines seeking to interview our students and graduates for a variety of positions.

Our Career Services Department maintains an excellent working relationship with key employers and recruiting personnel throughout the airline and travel industry. In most cases, recruiters visit our campus to conduct interviews. They may also request candidates to conduct on-site employment interviews. We work with each student to prepare for interviews in several ways:

• Helping students write a personal résumé and assemble a professional portfolio

• Practicing individual and group interview techniques

• Teaching confidence and helping students make positive first impressions

Our students are trained through hands-on experiences, graduating with the skills they’ll use to compete for jobs in their industries. We know that employers appreciate our unique instruction—that’s why they come to us to find professional, skilled workers.
