Avis is one of the best car rental agencies in the market! They were established in the 1940's and were the first agency to rent cars out of airports. Now Avis has branched out nationwide and provides great benefits to its customers as well as its employees. I just started working here last week and I absolutely love it. And the rental agents here use a reservation system thats very similar to Apollo! I love everything about my new career. :) |

Flight Attendant for a wonderful regional airline, Piedmont Airlines.
Owned and operated by US Airways,
we fly Dash 8s 100 and 300 which are smaller turbo prop aircraft that occupy either 37 or 51 passengers. Piedmont flight attendants are the only F/A on the aircraft so we run the show! I am about to finish training soon and I work my first flight on March 1st!
Its going to be great!
I have to say the Academy prepared me for the interview very well. I feel I have a head start on airline industry knowledge over the other new hire flight attendants who didn't attend IAHA.
I am proud to say I attended IAHA and I thank the staff there for being so great and teaching me so much!
Piedmont Airlines is a wonderful company to work for. They are supportive, encouraging and just a great group of people! |
